About MoonBaeJu
MoonBaeJu, full of fruity aroma, is a pure distilled spirit obtained by fermenting glutinous sorghum and non-glutinous millet with koji and then distilling it. It does not use any additives (starch or sugar other than the grains added to the fermentation mixture ) and is clear and clean as it has not undergone a flavoring process.
MoonBaeJu differs in aroma and taste from other sojus distilled from only rice. The elegant and deep pear aroma is a characteristic of MoonBaeJu. The refreshing and dense scent reminiscent of fruit blossom leaves a long, lingering aftertaste that fills the mouth.
